Affiliate Terms

By joining or using the Beating Smart Money (BSM) Affiliate Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms.

1 - Open Affiliate Program

BSM offers an open affiliate program.

Anyone may join through the affiliate signup process, provided they follow the affiliate rules and promote BSM accurately.

2 - Commission Rate

BSM offers a 20% affiliate commission on eligible referred sales.

Monthly Pro Access referrals may earn 20% recurring commission for up to 12 months while the referred customer remains actively subscribed.

Lifetime Pro Access referrals may earn a 20% one-time commission.

3 - Eligible Sales

Commissions apply to eligible sales of:

- Monthly Pro Access
- Lifetime Pro Access

Free versions do not generate affiliate commission unless a user later purchases a paid Pro plan through an eligible affiliate referral.

Commissions are only paid on successfully completed payments.

4 - Commission Duration

Monthly Pro Access referrals earn recurring commission for up to 12 months while the referred customer remains actively subscribed.

If the customer cancels, stops paying, requests a refund, has a chargeback, or the payment fails, commission stops and may be voided or reversed.

5 - Lifetime Commission

Lifetime Pro Access referrals earn a 20% one-time commission on the Lifetime Pro purchase.

6 - Holding Period

Affiliate commissions are paid monthly after a 30-day holding period.

The holding period helps protect against refunds, chargebacks, cancelled payments, payment issues, and abuse.

7 - Minimum Payout

Affiliate payouts require a minimum balance of $100.

If the affiliate balance is below $100, the amount rolls over to the next payout period until the minimum payout threshold is reached.

8 - Payout Methods and Fees

Affiliate payouts may be made by:

- PayPal
- Bank transfer

Affiliates are responsible for any PayPal fees, bank fees, intermediary fees, taxes, or currency conversion fees connected to receiving their payout.

9 - Paid Ads

Paid advertisements are not allowed without written permission.

Affiliates may not run paid advertisements using BSM branding, BSM product names, BSM screenshots, or BSM promotional claims without written permission.

This includes:

- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Paid search ads
- Paid social ads
- Display ads
- Retargeting ads

10 - Allowed Promotion

Affiliates may promote BSM through organic content such as:

- YouTube videos
- Livestreams
- Discord communities
- Educational content
- Tutorials
- Reviews
- Blog posts
- Social media posts
- Newsletters

11 - Prohibited Promotion

Affiliates may not:

- Make profit guarantees
- Claim BSM provides financial advice
- Claim BSM provides trade recommendations
- Use fake results
- Use misleading income claims
- Present Bull / Bear conditions as guaranteed trading instructions
- Resell indicator access directly
- Share private invite-only access
- Copy or distribute source code
- Rebrand BSM indicators as their own
- Impersonate the official BSM website
- Use misleading domains
- Use fake discounts
- Use fake urgency
- Promote BSM in a dishonest or misleading way

12 - Commission Reversal

Commissions may be voided or reversed in cases of:

- Refunds
- Chargebacks
- Cancelled payments
- Failed payments
- Payment fraud
- Affiliate abuse
- Misleading promotion
- Violation of affiliate rules

13 - Removal From Program

BSM may remove an affiliate from the program if the affiliate violates these terms or promotes BSM in a misleading, dishonest, or non-compliant way.
